At Zuri & Sol, every piece is handcrafted and made to order. Because of the personal nature of our pieces, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 3–5 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details within the specified timeframe. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds & Returns

As our pieces are handcrafted and made to order, refund and return requests are assessed individually. Approval is subject to the condition of the piece and the circumstances of the request.

1-Year Guarantee

All Zuri & Sol pieces come with a 1-year guarantee. If your piece requires a repair due to a workmanship issue within this period, please contact us.

The guarantee includes one complimentary repair per piece. Once approved, simply send your piece back to us and we’ll repair and reassemble it before sending it back to you.
