Yes. Every Zuri & Sol piece is handcrafted in our studio, with each piece assembled with care and intention.
Are your pieces made to order?
Yes. All pieces are made to order, so please allow a few days for your jewelry to be carefully crafted and prepared before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
For local delivery in Lebanon:
- Beirut: 2–3 business days
- Outside Beirut: 4–6 business days
Delivery time starts once your order has been completed and is ready for dispatch.
Can I customize a piece?
Selected pieces can be customized upon request, depending on the design. Contact us before placing your order to discuss your options.
Do you accept returns?
Because our pieces are handcrafted and made to order, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 3–5 days of receiving your order, provided the piece is returned in its original condition.
Do your pieces come with a guarantee?
Yes. All Zuri & Sol pieces come with a 1-year guarantee.
What does the 1-year guarantee cover?
If your piece requires a repair due to a workmanship issue within the guarantee period, contact us. The guarantee includes one complimentary repair per piece.
How do I request a repair?
Simply contact us with your order details. Once approved, send your piece back to us and we’ll repair and reassemble it before sending it back to you.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals. Remove it before swimming, showering, or exercising, and store it somewhere dry when not in use.
